Rob joined Plum Productions, Corporate Video Production Boca Raton, South Florida in 2011 and hasn't looked back. As Director of Operations and Business Development, the goals are ensuring Plum Productions continues to grow while helping during most shoots. His experience in Operations in big box retail with his attention to detail makes for an awesome combination to support the team at Plum Productions. 

Learning how to sell the way people buy has been Rob's approach for a while. The key is listening to the potential buyer and learning what they need before trying to promote or sell anything. Listen to The Slow Pitch Podcast as Lane and Rob discuss sales tactics that work using this approach.

Former drummer for Rat's Mouth and Dan and the Band. While supporting the Golden Bell Education Foundation, Rob learned how to play one song with a band and performed in front of a live audience. Since then, he's continued to learn several more songs. Performing on occasion at Crazy Uncle Mike's, Prosperity Brewing, and Sunset Cover Amphitheater.
